My plugin reloader, and the default plugin reloaders are not buggy. No, actually, you can't... The number part is linked by the IE cache system to how MSN Messenger wants to store it, however... I myself simply put it on my memorycard and install, install using the PC-Suite from Nokia (which is currently broken, however :P), or download it using WiFi ;) I did notice that the JAD file doesn't work on my phone though...
