It could be the picture in the main window doesn't get updated after you ran the .exe. If it doesn't, just try right clicking it; it should show a popupmenu :). Also make sure AdControl.exe is not running (Task Manager, ctrl alt del) when you try ... | Yousef | Plug-Ins | 05-23-2005 at 08:42 PM |

What about msn messages with multiple smileys? Just count all the smileys individual.
