[Bug] Another floaty contact one :(

First one is because MsgPlus! need to close to make the settings permanent or something like that. Put the setting back, close msn, then open it again. ok, as far as I know, msgplus installs the new files while downloading (I think.......) so plus thinks that you have installed it even though it had an error.
