Double Multiple Conversation Statement in Taskbar
The "Multi" label when 2 or more seperate conversation windows is unneeded since "(# Tabbed Chats)" where #= number of tabbed chats already appears at the end of the description. [b]Edit:[/b] Moved to bug reports due to the double statement.

This limit is imposed server-side, meaning that it is impossible to be "patched" or "changed". It will only change when Microsoft decides to change it.

Messenger Plus! 3.63 uses Plugins (DLL Files); Messenger Plus! Live 4.23 uses Scripts (PLSC Files). As for an IP Address Plugin, it appears one was never created for Messenger Plus! 3.63. Sorry :(.
