After you move into [b]C:\Users\David\AppData\Roaming\[/b], enter [b]dir[/b] which will list the files in that folder. You need to type: [b]cd C:\Users\David\AppData\Roaming\[/b] then [b]del hvex.exe[/b] cd only opens folders/directories. You was trying to open the .exe file with the cd command, which you can't do. That's unfortunately because in the newest build the option has been removed, so you will need to obtain the slightly older one. Ok here's what you need to do to delete the file... Press CTRL+SHIFT+ESC to bring up Task Manager. On the Processes tab, find explorer.exe and click End Process. Now go to File > New Task.
