Just to be sure Plus! isn't installed (because there's an option to hide the Plus! button and for some reason it may be checked) you should press ALT on your contacts list which will show the menu. If you're having problems with the new version/build, you can follow these instructions to install the slightly older build which allows individual webcam, at least until WLM 2011 comes out... It's worth deleting cache which may be corrupted... Note: I suggest backing up before deleting (e.g. 3rd from bottom will delete custom smiley's, display pics, winks, scenes, etc.).
