Depends if it extends outside the US, it might mean that it only requires it within the US so applications for IM e.g. MSN Messenger in the UK wouldnt require the "backdoors". Im voting no here because as i see it it would cost uncontrolable ammounts for Patchou. Also Plus! Hmmmm more than likly for 'advanced' features you will need MSN Exp, or pay fees.
