No this isn't bad at all. It's the latest version and it's not a BETA. Plus! shouldn't affect the personal message, but you could try running msn without plus! to see if the song appears. Btw, the files in the folder are .DAT files so can't be used to get the emoticon. If you want to use them on another computer say, you have to copy the files into the same directory for custom emoticons for a certain user.
