RE: Should Gordon Brown Resign
The Additional Member System is complicated, it uses two different types of electoral system, first-past-the-post for constituency level and the supplementary vote for parliament. It is also possible to tactically vote using the system. I hardly know...

RE: Should Gordon Brown Resign
I agree, it is actually more expensive to buy health insurance in the USA than to pay tax towards the NHS. I feel lucky that we don't have a privatised system, as it leads to corruption and the richer getting more rich.

RE: Should Gordon Brown Resign
Brown will be kicked out of his party, as his MPs will fear losing their constituencies in the next election. We didn't vote him in, but we can vote him out. Labour won't take that, thus pressure for him to resign will increase.

RE: I can't upload new update of my script!
Maybe an automated system is required, but only for those who have created and published a skin in the past, allowing them to update? It could be an important time saver MenthiX. What do you think?

RE: How to remove ad after applying a new skin?
In the skin directory you wish to edit, find the UIFILE 923, contains the elements. Around line 181 you should see this line of code:
<Element layoutpos=bottom layout=borderlayout() padding=rect(4,0,4,0)>
Change the layoutpos to make the...

RE: Hacking
It's a game, not an exam. Sometimes there is fun is working together, or taking it in turns to complete a level you, or a friend finds difficult. I don't see it as cheating, certainly not hacking.

RE: Any jobs I can do for any of you? Know of any jobs?
Being a chef is the worst job, long hours, low paid and not great on your body. Have you heard of the free lunch room? You may want to Google it as it is a good way to make money online.

RE: Skinning - Options Panel and About Window suggestions
I swear you can use the scripting method, you just need to tweak a few settings. I may be wrong though, I throught I read it in the skinning docs somewhere :P.

RE: Skinning - Options Panel and About Window suggestions
I belive skins use the same engine as the scripting windows, you just need to create them. The basic settings have been provided by Patchou for those not willing to go through all the effort :P.

RE: torrents and stuff. bad title but meh.
Europe is not like America, your IP address is classed as private data, it cannot be transfered between companies legally, hence no priacy montering company can take direct action without breaking the law. Moreover, ISPs in the UK can send letters if...

RE: exWARNING: If you plan to use Wii Homebrew.... You can still
It's been a few months since the N64 emulator was relased, but it's no where near as good as Project64.

And a N64 emulator, but it has not been perfected yet :P.

RE: exWARNING: If you plan to use Wii Homebrew.... You can still
The update also breaks the Freeloader, thus meaning those using Brawl early will no longer be able to play unless they buy a new version of the game. I'm not sure if this effects those using freeloaders on mod-chips though.

RE: exWARNING: If you plan to use Wii Homebrew.... You can still
Yeh, this doesn't effect modchip owners, you can install the Homebrew Channel from disk.

RE: Top 10 video games.
GTA IV is a fantastic game, and deserves it's 10/10 review scores. It is not perfect though, and still isn't as good as Zelda :P.

RE: exWARNING: If you plan to use Wii Homebrew.... You can still
Modding isn't illegal, but it will void your warranty. If you have the channel already installed, the update does not effect it :).

RE: Petrol Prices when will it stop
Most stations have petrol, it's just effecting certain regions more than others. People panic buy and create a problem where there is none.

RE: Renting xbox 360 games
I suggest using renting as try before you buy. Any games you want, buy for a permanent collection. I read reviews before buying games.
