Yes, just get the original firmware file (available on the retail website as an "update" or something, .bin, .trx, whatever) Tomato(USB) > DD-WRT.

In the import window, the window has the checkbox "Enable this skin after import ([b]Messenger will be restarted[/b])" If dynamic skinning is enabled, the window is simply closed and reopened, no actual restart of Messenger was needed (as I thought...
