The later versions of MS Office removed Photo Editor, 2003 I think. But if you've got 2000 installed you can probably still get it, Like matty said. 233mhz? XP will run. I can also do 1000 pushups - it just takes a loooong time. Win ME is basically an upgrade of 98. It is supposed to be more stable but from what I've heard the gains are minimal.
