tab manager on 7.5

I was wondering if somebody could make a plug-in or patch or something (i'm not sure what it would have to be) so that a confirmation window would come up before sending an invitation for webcam or audio... I think you could use something like regexp's sig... Replace a download with something else... add a search forums button, and some other things... and instead of Messenger Plus! Links put... Just sitting here thinking and trying to look for who's updated their profile recently when I came up with something that I hope somebody could make!
