RE: Do you believe in ghosts
I'm not being narrow-minded, but here are my thoughts. How can you look at some photos and "know" which are ghosts and which are not? How can you know? Are you saying when you see special effect ghosts in films there's a possibility they are ghos...

RE: Virus on MSN
Meh. It's nothing special. Almost exactly the same as the last. Downloads a 508KB file to C:\patch.exe from home.comcast.net and executes it. Creates a service named hotkeysvc etc. It hasn't changed much at all. They're getting boring, the varian...

RE: MSN Messenger Contact List Size To Be Doubled!
I ahve 150 and I need to delete people a lot. The MsgPlus contact-list manager helps pick out people who haven't been online for months, but over the years that list has thinned and now there's not really anyone left for me to delete.

RE: MSN Signin Help
You don't need to forward any ports to use MSN Messenger. The only time you need to do such a thing is when an application acts as a server, which MSN Messenger does not. Either try downgrading to 6.x, or maybe it's just bad luck. There are about 6...

RE: ntl upgradeing boardband speed but one thing about 300k
That would mean downloading over 800KB/s constantly. Not only is it extremely unlikely your connection can handle that, it would be almost impossible to download that constantly with WoW.

RE: Microsoft Forces SP2 download
It's forced on anyone who uses Windows Update. Including home users. If you don't get SP2, you can't use Windows Update. And that means no patches for future security holes.

RE: PHP Uploading
My server has 4.3.9 and php_value doesn't work, only php_flag :/
segosaTech Talk02-28-2005 at 07:16 AM
RE: PHP Uploading
Note, if you use PHP 4.3 (possibly other 4.x versions) it's php_flag instead of php_value.

RE: Can anybody develop this simple thing?
I couldn't figure out how often you wanted it done so I assumed from '2,5' you meant 2.5 minutes, and so I've set that as the default. It can't be changed because that'd require extra work which is kind of over the top for such a simple app you...
