I don't know about that. It records all of it for me as you saw.

RE: Powerpoint Help
Nah, just used WM Recorder. Open the program up, go to the website, it detects the file and downloads it. That's all I had to do. Have you got the video now so I can remove it from my server?

RE: Microsoft Surface, the new computers?
We use to use touch screens at my old job. After working there for so many years it became second nature to type in numbers/letters without looking at the screen.

RE: Microsoft Surface, the new computers?
I was reading about the people who made and one of them commented he would love to link four or so tables up and play air hockey. You could add heaps of cool things like gravity walls and black holes etc. If I had one of these I would definitely keep...

RE: Unable to play DVD even after AnyDVD/Help needed
Yes. There isn't any converting at all, only a change in the IFOs. It does work. But not with all players. I would much rather buy a TV/DVD player which supports both formats. Have a read of these threads for some more info about using IfoEdit: http...

RE: Unable to play DVD even after AnyDVD/Help needed
I would definitely go with option 3. I don't know what it is like in countries other than Australia but here you can buy region free (or done with a hack) and PAL/NTSC compatible DVD Players very easily. I can't remember correctly but there are som...

RE: Unable to play DVD even after AnyDVD/Help needed
AnyDVD isn't meant to remove all compatibility issues. Have a read on the AnyDVD page on SlySoft as to what it can do. Is this still the same issue as [URL=http://shoutbox.menthix.net/showthread.php?t. ..

RE: [Request] Taskbar icon to change when contact is typing
Hahaha yeah that's a bit of a *hack* but it would be great if Patchou could add the script event. I was thinking of having a crack at it myself (learning as I go along :P) but it seems to be a big undertaking.

[Request] Taskbar icon to change when contact is typing
Hi guys. This request will be better understood if you have used Miranda IM. (In Miranda IM) When you have a convo minimised and someone is typing a message, the icon in the Task Bar changes to a hand with a pencil, signifying that person is typing s...

RE: Digg?
It's like trying to put a triangular piece into a circular hole with you. It just won't get through. It doesn't matter if I am right anymore. I've finally met someone more stubborn than me. My opinions of you are my opinions :). I'm sure there a...

RE: Windows Explorer alternative (suggestions?)
I think that may be the problem. Try clicking backwards or forwards on the default buttons in Windows Explorer. It screws up. You will have to report the mouse bug to the author I'm afraid.

RE: Digg?
Yes, if the DVD is out of specs it is defective. Shall I re-word that for you? It is about time people started to stand up to these big companies. I know I am sick of seeing people have to return a DVD 3/4 times only to find out it is a new copy-prot...

RE: Digg?
I'm sorry but did you guys actually read what I said? It seems like you didn't. With DVDs (not HD DVDs) there are some protections which go against the DVD specs. Some which are so mangled players have a hard time trying to load them. So you're sa...

RE: Windows Explorer alternative (suggestions?)
Not sure Woraug. Probably best asked to the author. I have removed the default back and forward buttons and am using the ones in the program. I think there is some bug with the way the default buttons connect with the program (which I am sure your m...

RE: Digg?
You're going to tell me they would stop putting on protections once pirating DVDs ceased? Tell me another one 8-). One of the benifits of removing the protection on a HD DVD is that you can watch it on a monitor and video card which is not HDCP comp...

RE: Digg?
This is more about standing up to the big guy. These companies have done some pretty nasty and wrong things to prevent illegal copies. Lets hope we see more and more of this kind of thing. The small guys standing up to the big guys!
