I agree with darkme. My mom's computer is a fairly old (but still XP) and WLM slows down the comp quite a bit. When all 3 accounts are on, the computer goes to crawling speed. Use the word wheel located to the left of the arrows. It looks up EVERYTHING about the contact: email adress, personal message, display name, etc.. And in WLM, you can have up to 600 contacts.
