RE: Free Hosts - Sites It does indeed. McAfee SiteAdvisor doesn't like msgpluslive/msghelp etc. despite the huge effort made to get it to "go green". I've learnt to ignore it, but I'm also more careful when visiting suspicious sites. Not everything on the internet is... | ryxdp | Tech Talk | 03-24-2008 at 06:20 AM |
RE: [NEW] GLASS! Did you get permission to use that wallpaper? :undecided: | ryxdp | Skinning | 03-23-2008 at 02:38 AM |
RE: Gaming website logo Exactly. The typeface is also very important, regarding the site design, for example, you wouldn't have Curlz MT on a Halo 3 fansite (Because that would be weird). I've whipped up a quick design myself, and the outcome (minus text) I quite like. I... | ryxdp | General Chit Chat | 03-16-2008 at 07:52 AM |
RE: VLC's YUV options - Where Are They? Just tried that, still the same... I'm going to reinstall VLC and clear out my registry, see what happens. If it's still the same, I'm going to assume it's the codecs. EDIT: Reinstalling didn't do anything, VLC doesn't like any video at all for... | ryxdp | Tech Talk | 03-15-2008 at 05:02 AM |
VLC's YUV options - Where Are They? I've figured out the same problem with WMP; apparently it was the YUV flipping options. VLC, however, has resorted to peer pressure and (somehow) flipped its YUV as well. I've looked through the Preferences and found nothing that works. Thanks :P | ryxdp | Tech Talk | 03-15-2008 at 01:28 AM |

"Hidden" file on memory card I have a Samsung SGH-E250 phone, and got a 1GB Kingston MicroSD card to put my music on, however, one of the tracks isn't showing up, although it isn't hidden in explorer. At first I thought it was an illegal character (It's a Tiesto remix), but i... | ryxdp | Tech Talk | 03-01-2008 at 05:19 AM |

RE: [Suggestion] Blinding out personal message You can replace their whole name with a name of your choice, just right click, and select "Add a Nickname" and away you go. Hope this helped :) | ryxdp | WLM Plus! General | 02-17-2008 at 01:39 AM |
RE: Stretching/Lack of Stretching of Images I would say that's true, because it would then explain why my 1652 isn't stretching properly... I'm gonna try it now... EDIT: doesn't appear to like doing it at all... | ryxdp | Skinning | 02-16-2008 at 08:51 PM |

RE: new comp (i wish) - hot or not? @ Adeptus: Is the onboard graphics shared? If not, then I'll cross off the GeForce, because I'd like to have higher quality video etc. Plus it doesn't have DVI. @ [s]Adeptus[/s] albert (wtf?): I just Googled the VX Nano, and ... | ryxdp | Tech Talk | 02-01-2008 at 10:50 PM |

RE: new comp (i wish) - hot or not? My current PC should explain why, to my needs, it is high-end. I don't do any gaming, so my standards are considerably lower, I guess. | ryxdp | Tech Talk | 02-01-2008 at 06:40 AM |

Change dashboard string colours Can you change the nick, status and psm colours? My skin doesn't look very good with the white nick, as the background also is white. Thanks in advance :P | ryxdp | Skinning | 01-29-2008 at 09:14 AM |
RE: new comp (i wish) - hot or not? 1). Its the best (IMO) mouse there that is cordless, unfortunately. On the bright side they don't really update their site for minor changes, and the prices are lower sometimes. 2). Windows XP Pro SP2.
