Edit: this does NOT work. I set all the text values R,G,B to 255,255,255 in skininfo, but that didn't color the infobar text color. Display picture problem
My picture is a 60 by 60 one, for 48x48 sized dp. The picture has a black border of 6 pixels on each of the 4 sides.
