RE: [request] Remove custom emots for specific contact
I always use a * before mine (eg. *slap) If you did manage to stop emoticons from showing though, it would just show the characters used to send them such as =p which is ok if they use conventional naming patterns for emoticons, but I know people th...

RE: artificial intelligence script(close window)
You can search for forums to answer most of your questions you know... Kicking people off msn... I'm guessing you mean group chats. Like I said, search. There are numerous threads that explain this. As for spying on another persons conversation......

RE: Myspace Message Notifier
When would the toast next be displayed? :p The script reads information from the page. If nothing is new on the page, the script knows theres nothing to display a toast for. so it can reset itself, allowing it to start showing toasts again EDIT: 200...

RE: Myspace Message Notifier
Thats my point. The script knows when you've checked the messages... So, if you make a setting true when the toast is first displayed and then false when the script checks and see the messages are no longer there, you can stop the toast displaying w...

RE: Myspace Message Notifier
My mistake... I thought I saw a page before that told you to check for "https" in the address bar :$ (Don't know where I saw that then now and it's gonna bug me like hell! :p) Had an alert saying I had a "Birthday Reminder", but it filled the w...

RE: New Script Ideas
Wouldn't that mean that you stop receiving information from the server? It must tell the server that you're appearing offline and still want the information of your contact list... surely...

RE: Msn Font
You need to have Windows Live Messenger and Messenger Plus! Live installed to use scripts. You only have MSN 7.5 so a script wouldn't work anyway :p I don't think it is possible to change font size for parts of messenger that don't already have an...

RE: Automation Error
I'm not sure I ever registered it on mine... Is it possible to register it via a script, as this may explain it (It's a dll from another script). I'm a total noob with DLLs and things like this. EDIT: Could I create a new Shell object and run regs...

RE: [RELEASE] JetAudio Music Script
The .zip file needs to be saved as .plsc (with the .js and .xml file still intact). You then open the .plsc file and it'll open an import dialogue box in Plus! The script should start running straight away...

RE: Several Questions...
Yes, you can use substrings and I think it's the same syntax... For finding a word in a file, I would use something like [code] var myString = TextFromFile //contains text from file myString = myString.split(" "); for(var i=0;i<=myString.length;i...

RE: RegWrite Causing Errors?
The list view does serve a purpose and is not just there for my benefit... It allows the user to see the nicknames they've entered as well as remove entries and hopefully, soon I'll be able to put a "modify" button as well. One thing that does co...

RE: RegWrite Causing Errors?
