like I said, I am agreeing with you because because apple put an f**ing ipod os on it rather than a proper os wich just makes it useless if however apple do release something similar running a proper os I would buy one

my brother has one without a data plan, and he loves it, just change your apn as to be sure you don't spend crap loads by accident, and really you don't need a data plan if you have a wifi connection
