RE: XP problem - Slow boot and extreme lagging. please help!
Formating is a good solution, but it feels like giving up:P Disable everything from booting up. If it still takes ages to boot up then you still have dodgy Services and / or drivers. Try disabling undeeded Services, as they take just as much to boot...

RE: [Poll] How do you guys feel about this feature
I for one would like it, ive always prefer detailed view. Without DP's, it takes alot longer to find people you wish to speak to. DP's provide a quick look to whos who. You dont have to read wha there SN is which can change regurally.

RE: Power supplied fried?
And as well the fuses arent your normall kind. They have special ends. A friends dad thought they were the same, replaced it, nearly died as the power supply sparked out electricity. (Or so friend says)

RE: Random Internet Slowdown

RE: [Release] Vistafy 2.1 - Aero & Basic themes, Segoe UI font, Bug Fixes, Translated Opt
Nah, i dont acctually like MOST vista skins, (on most things), there mainly crap. You just "overdid" the effect i think :P

RE: Graphic Card questions
Id recommend either the 8800GT (for better performance but costs more, still very good valued though), or the 9600GT(its cheaper, but not as good as the 8800GT, but it is better value) Value = Performance per doller.

RE: Memory issues with Firefox 3
Web browsers should not use more then 100k of memory while fewing a few websites at a time. I know in Linux FF3 uses 300k of memory when viewing 3 websites at one time. This is abnormally LARGE, i hope the Windows Version isnt so memory hungry.

RE: Some computer issues
No it shouldnt be good that it comes out of hibernation, or the hard drive thing. Run a chkdsk in the mean time (in the vista start bar type in chkdsk). If i was you, just wipe it before you got everything moved over. Alot sounds.... wrong.
