Formating is a good solution, but it feels like giving up:P Disable everything from booting up. If it still takes ages to boot up then you still have dodgy Services and / or drivers. Well the aero effect on all the background in full. Doesnt look good at all. It makes everything look "undefined". And it just doesnt go at all. Well i was pondering about the hibernation thing, the only possible conclusion other then some werid as power problem. Would be a setting in the BIOS.
