But, you forgot that changing the default display picture means you change the picture that the user will see when he uses your skin and his contact hasn't selected a picture. The skin must be as close as it can to the original design so I cannot fulfill your request. You could try doing it for your use though. It is easy even with Paint. Redirect to Sent Items
