I am sure that the mistake is in my SkinInfo file since I tried replacing the Interface of Evo with mine and when I opened Evo, it displayed the Option Panel perfect. In my case. the Interface tester displays it fine but the Messenger says there are no options. When I take it out of the directory, it displays the Plus default panel.
