I had plus for a while so I added a password to hide my chatlogs and preferences... problem is.. I can't remember the password... is there a way i can reset it?

it is possible to remove the preferences password:
CookieRevised's reply to Preferences Password
the chat log encryption password cannot be recovered or removed however
