Hi Everyone,
I can't seem to sign in to my email address. I have tried to reset my password by clicking on send to alternative email. But I have not got an email.
Is there any other way that I can reset my password? I run a business using this email and I am trying to fix this problem asap.
You help would be greatly appreciated!!!

If it's a Hotmail account you're talking about then what about giving the answer to your secret question?

Yes, its a hotmail account. I dont know how to get to that page to answer my secret question.

Go to www.hotmail.com
Click "Forget your password?"
Enter your e-mail address and the captcha
Choose the option "Use my location information and secret answer to verify my identity"
