Hello, I have a business where my employees use msn to chat with customers and give quotations to them, I have them all in network and use windows live messenger, I usually check the history of the conversations to check prices given but for some reason there are some users conversations history that suddenly disappear I still can see their actual conversations, but the past ones not.

Is there a way to retrive this conversations, they all have the history option activated.

Do you use the built in Conversation History of Windows Live Messenger or the Chat Logging feature of Messenger Plus! Live?

Could it be the same that's happening here?

How about waiting for an answer to my question before trying to troubleshoot any further?  Until we get some facts straight there's no point guessing.

It could be an MP!L problem, but as so often happens, they might have posted in the wrong section wanting WLM help.

I use the built in Conversation History of Windows Live Messenger , the strange thing is that I can access to some profiles history since the firts day, but on others it just appears the conversations of today. and is on those that I need the most.
