"Where is Messenger Plus" startup window doesn't go away

O.P. "Where is Messenger Plus" startup window doesn't go away
Each time I turn on the computer a window pops up saying: "Where is Messenger Plus?!" And even though I followed the instructions and I can see Messenger Plus along with the Skype window, the popup Window always appears when I turn on the computer.

How can I make it go away permanently?
