That's a good idea
... I don't know if you're the creator of those, but I think you should use the original emoticons (no resize, just keep 'em 19 * 19 pixels), and write under them the mood (angry, tired, etc...). And add a nice gradient behind, instead of plain white.
If I had the time, I could create a mood pack by myself.... Maybe the next week, I'll start thinking of it !
