I got two problems when I'm using MSN Plus
my first problem is when I use msn plus, i couldn't see the emoticon on my friend's nickname. When i uninstall it, i could see it. then i install msn plus again, i got the problem again.

the second one is the connection of audio conversation is getting more difficult and sometimes i could hear nothing. it worked properly when i uninstalled msn plus.

This is because you are using the custom names feature. This is a limitation. You can disable custom names, or set custom names without emoticons and use the square checkbox possibility (click the checkbox a few times; this will also show custom names in the conversation window, or live with it.
