I have just downloaded a plug in sounds but when i send them to on line friends they can see the message but no noise ,any clues ..

Your friends have to have the plugin you installed in order to hear the sounds

Thanx 4 stating the obvious dugh..........

1) It's hear, not here

2) With some plugins, you have to configure the options in them so that sounds are enabled....with Audiator I know you have to, don't think you do with Simpsons, South Park, All Your Base, Matrix, Monty Python, Red Dwarf, Worms, Plastic Smile, or Wipey's sound plugins though....and those are all the sound plugins I know about by the way....if you have another one then could you tell me about it?
