O.P. i keep getting this error
I am running win xp sp2 slipstreamed, messenger 6.2.0.137 , msgplus 320 current version i have block advertisments blocked and it did this also on the earlier version and it hasnt been corrected in the new build

This should be in tech talk but to fix the problem do the following.

Open Internet Explorer > Click Tools > Internet Options > Click the Advanced Tab > Uncheck Display a notification about every script error.
Also check Disable script debugging.

uhm been there done that,  its not a ie issue its only in messenger running msgplus

and only shows when that ad tries to popup which i have block advertisment banner

Make sure you have the newest version of Messenger Plus! because the ad banner has been fixed in the newest one. As far as the error seems like the banner you are showing has an error in the code.

Someone posted a small fix for it you can try it if you wish.

Click Start > Run > copy and paste the next line
code:
notepad C:\Windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts
Click OK
at the bottom of the file add these two lines

rad.msn.com        localhost
207.68.178.16       localhost

Hopfully by redirecting all traffic you wont see the error anymore.
