There is an adress bar just below the ad  banner at the top of the page, just delete the CNN URL from the adress bar and replace it with the website you wish to visit.

At our school it just comes up with a giant no entry sign and a load of text thats like access denied, but once i uploaded 30mb of porn onto my host, but now i don't use that host so it doesn't matter..
