I want to make a winamp skin is there an easy to use program that can make skins?:D

I don't think there is one to easily make a WinAmp skin, though there is a kit for skinning you can get on the WinAmp website that makes it easier.

If you want a really simple skin then I suggest you use SkinSTudio to make a WMP skin.
