O.P. Spleak, who developed it?
Spleak plugin (the chatbot) is developed by patchou,
is that "our" patchou, or thats just a name conflict??

Where did you read that ? Have you got a link ?
As far as I know it was developed by IMT Labs (Intelligent Messaging Technology Labs).

i think: the AI script is developed by IMT labs, but the plugin itself is made by patchou
