It is meant to do that. What this patch/plugin does is just adding the URL from Plus! tab to your "list of tabs", thus this is added at the end.

And it is a plugin which does all this in memory, meaning that your tablist (with the added Plus! tab) isn't saved when you quit. So you can move the tabs all you want, everytime you start Messenger (with Messenger Plus!) the Plus! tab is added to the original tab list.

If you want more control, or a permanent costumized tab list (also when you don't use Messenger Plus!) then use TabServe.

PS: TB nice work.... (I can only hope that a full tab-editor plugin will come out of this, apart from StuffPlug-NG; or maybe Patchou should add it )

its possible but not for TB to do because all it does is add a tab with this page in it.
