O.P. Hotmail attachments
Hello everyone. I cannot seem to open the attachments I recieve in my e-mails at the moment. I go through the normal procedure before pressing "Download". However, after this it moves on as usual to the "link" of the attachment but stop there on the internet screen (which is blank!) and fails to do anything else.
Can anyone help?
Thank you in advance.

Thanks
lutonsteve2 :)

RE: Hotmail attachments
From what I can understand it sounds like msn has censored the email as it thought it was junk mail so it takes all of the links out of the mail. Click 'this is not junk mail' above the e-mail and everything on the email should be seen as normally.

He's not asking about links in e-mails, he's asking about attachments.

lutonsteve2, what's the extension of the attachment you're trying to download? If it happens with only files of that type, then Hotmail may be blocking that filetype. If it happens with all files, then it's a problem their end.
Either way, if you have an ISP mail account, forward the e-mail to that, then try getting the attachment in that account instead.

I thought msn censored the attachement(s) when it thought it was Junk.
