Anyway, when you're playing with XP 64bit you're still running all of your old 32bit apps right? Like Plus! which will run in 32bit compatibility mode. You don't see much of a performance increase do you because its running in a compatibility mode and not taking advantage of the 64bit processing power. - From what i've read anyways..


1) It's actually called "Windows XP x64" though the boot screen says "Windows XP 64-bit edition"


2) Basically Windows loads/shuts down faster and apps load faster. I'm not using it as my main OS - just for testing stuff a bit, but I wanted an A/V just to be safe anyways.
