My friend has stuiply accepted a dangeors pif file on msn. (Bropia) I dont no the varient but her Norton has stopped working + the removal tool did'nt work. I told her to try in safe mode but that did'nt work either. Wat can u suggest?

You say the removal tool from symantec didn't work? Then it must be one of the bropia version that can't be deleted with the removal tool.

Check if one of these processes are running in the background (press ctrl+alt+del).

• actboost.exe - Bropia.r

NOTE: You can just remove the file from the startup list by removing the keys from the register, but this does not completly clear the computer of the virus! Get a virus scanner to clear the computer completly of the virus.
