ok back on topic ,
I'm not sure about visual basic i code (or try to ) in C++, i'm pretty sure u'd have to include Patchou's API (definitely) and then you could just program like normal using his parameters as such . Its all in the API that you have to download to make a plugin! Its explained on the page Joa gave you
