I wan't to create my own plugins but i don't get it at all. I'm really stupid

Wat is API and C++?
Are there any tourials

C++ is a language you program in... What languages do you know ?

Aplication Programing Interface. Simply put, it is so you can actually communicate with a specific thing. Like the Windows API lets you do stuff in Windows and the Messenger API lets you program stuff for Messenger.

There's a few good tutorials if you search on Google... i've looked before but didn't really have the time to create them
