You may want to check your HOSTS file.

Somewhere in the Windows folder. If you do a Search in that folder for 'hosts' that should find it.

Alright finally. thanks raceprouk. I took off sounds.msgplus.net of my HOSTS file and it worked. Now i can send files again :)
