I have been experiencing this for quite a while with msn messenger 7:

When I scroll my cursor over a contact's icon... [See this person's contact card] would automatically pop up.
But what is weird is that when I move my cursor away from the contact window onto my desktop...the [See this person's contact card] follows the cursor.
Then, the [See this person's contact card] would stay there FOREVER until I move my cursor back over somewhere on the contact window.

I don't know much about msn....can anyone help?

Weeeeeeeeiiiiiiiird... Never seen this problem myself.
Does it happen with any other Windows tooltips?

it happens with other contact list tooltips too, yes... (it keeps on the screen when switching windows, which makes you have to switch windows again to remove it)

it's highly annoying.

So...i guess it's not just me right?
At first I thought I installed too many custom emoticons and therefore the program lags.
