O.P. weird, my cousin's scrollbar turned black

Look at my attachement and tell me since when this happens....its always been blue before...

MSN magically accepts html/css scrollbars from html that's no where to be seen. If you got rid of a skin, i thought all of the skin would be gone...

Did you try to close (not just sign out) and open msn again?
Did you try to restart your computer?
Did you try "repairing" msn by going to: Control Panel -> Add/Remove Programs -> MSN Messenger -> Change -> Repair

I was at my cousins...they have no skin...and they run msn msgenger 7.0.0777 maybes thats the problem...but they never run anything else they arent alowed
