Last time I heard an IP range ban just gave you a 403 error...unless this message is a new feature. I'd PM an admin and just tell them your ISP of your home computer
It is the result of an IP ban, Not aimed at you but aimed at others using AOL..... Do me a favor and pm me your IP from home next time you get a chance.
And the only time you'd see a 403 error is when I get really pissed and ban you at the server level
