Could Transparency be automaticly turned-off when a webcam is started?

Enabling it with a reg key would be fine

I have wanted this for a while, I like the transparency in the conversation windows, but I hate having the transparency during a video conference, or anything alike. It would be a great feature to have with Messenger Plus!, it may cause a slight jolt in the window, but it's better than having a transparent face!
