O.P. 6.2.0208 Offliner?
Ive managed to find quite a few good patches that support 6.2.0208, A-Patch, Stuff Patch, MSN Plus Etc.

However none of these include the appear offline at sign in option :(

Anyone know anyway of achieving this?

Yes, get Universal Jnrzloader, after downloading make a shortcut to it on your desktop and start MSN with that instead of your regular MSN icon ;)
