I don't know where to post suggestions, but a little suggestion of mines:

In future versions, would it be possible for the /ping command to return instead of just resp(time) something like Resps (Messenger Plus! 3) or (Messenger Plus! Live 4)?

Well, maybe Patchou will add it, but I can't tell. Of course it would be good to have. That's what I think.

Would be helpful because when I type /ping my contacts are always like "huh? wah? "

This feature wouldn't solve your problem then.

I like it, would let you know what features you could & couldn't use with them.

It's just there isn't a way to tell the difference in the reply, as far as I know. I mean, won't Patchou use the same codes as used in 3? That plugins could use? Then all the commands and stuff would still work between the two where necessary.
