O.P. Dodgy  .bat & cmd.exe = "Access is Dennied"
Does anyone know how to get my .bat files and cmd.exe from when i enter a command to stop, saying "Access is Denied"

I i need it to stop saying this as i want to install a plugin.

Or, could sum1 please tell me how to manualy install the content of the .bat file and install the plguin.
