There are some great films out there. I usually would watch some gripping dramas by myself, but I really love something with taste. A low budget film, not masked by fancy actors and the Holywood cheese. Hum, I really should watch more films, but I seriously do not find comedies funny, with the expectation of Borat which I watched with two friends of mine, which made it hairlairous .

The best movie I ever saw was probably "Das Experiment"
Can't really pick another say 6 that are my favorites though...

Don't create new threads when there are already existing threads about the subject

A 1 second quick search turns up threads like:
Favourite Films
What's your idea of a really good movie?
What is the best movie?
whats you´re all time favorite movie?
etc

Note that there is nothing wrong in bumping old threads as long as the information you're posting is valuable to the thread's subject. This seems to be a very big misconception, even among regulars!
It is far better to post in (and thus revive) old threads than to create a new thread which will only result in duplicated threads, partially information, duplicated information, confusions, etc
