Plane blows up at cruise-level.
Plane crashes into a tower.
Plane stalls, and crashes nose-first into ocean.
Crash with another plane on takeoff/landing.
Plane runs out of fuel and ditches in ocean.
Plane rolls like crazy, with you seatbelt unfastened.
Plane is on fire (internal or externally).
Malufunctioning oxygen systems (poisoning).
Plane gets sucked into tornado, rapid decompression.
Plane loses wings, and crashes tail first.
