It is one of the upstream providers to the Netherlands or Hurricane Electric (HE.net) which is having a problem - most probably them as they're a trashy data centre.
Nothing we can do.
That is pretty evident from the fact it times out at an upstream router and not right before the actual server/direct upstream router.

Yes, but Ezra is using another ISP (in fact, he's using a very nice quality ISP i once used too  ).
My server (which is located in .nl) hasn't got problems either. Seems to be a problem only with certain dutch ISPs. |

sorry to hear about that, hope it will be solved soon. I know it's obvious but you should probably contact your ISP about it.

If multiple ISPs have the same problem i doubt my own ISP can fix in on their own. But if it continues to go on longer than 24hours i will try anyway. Or maybe contact he.net somewhere.

Also going trough 10gigabitethernet1-1.core1.fmt1.he.net

In Sweden, I couldn't reach shoutbox.menthix.net yesterday, but www.msgplus.net worked fine.
